Alina: First of all it helps to identify the cause of anxiety. Most often it arises because of thoughts. They generate some negative scenarios, which often correlate with fears. We are afraid of something that may happen in the future.

Because of the fear of potential events, anxiety arises. Therefore, you need to identify your fears, analyze if it can really happen or if it is only your speculation. Relate it to reality, analyze it point by point, make a plan: what will I do if it happens?

Breathing practices

In the fight against symptoms of anxiety help breathing practices aimed at realizing yourself in the present. We try to concentrate on inhalations and exhalations, breathing as usual, observing. Sometimes breathing to the count helps. So-called breathing meditation can last from 5 to 10 minutes. It allows you to return to reality.
