Eating healthy is easy. Gradually introduce healthy foods into your diet, getting used to them and trying different combinations. It will be difficult at first, but remember: your health is your responsibility.

Buckwheat

Average price: ~ 120 rubles per 1 kg

Buckwheat is my favorite source of complex carbohydrates, combining a large number of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and protein.

With regular use buckwheat porridge can improve the health of the digestive, endocrine, cardiovascular systems, provide significant assistance in weight loss. Buckwheat is preferable to eat for breakfast and lunch, can be added to the diet every day.

Buckwheat is also recommended for those who have gluten intolerance. You can include in the menu and other products based on it: bread and baked goods made from green buckwheat flour, pasta.

Chicken eggs

Average price: ~ 115 rubles per dozen eggs

Eggs – a source of proteins and fats, vitamins and minerals that can affect the cardiovascular system, increase immunity and improve vision.

Eggs will also help with weight loss, because they saturate the body for a long time and help to avoid excessive snacking. You can eat them every day, especially for breakfast, and there is a great variety of dishes from them: scrambled eggs of all kinds, omelets, casseroles, scrambles.

Ghee butter concentrates more fat than butter – lots of butyric acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties, linoleic acid, which helps lower the percentage of lipids in the body, slowing down excess weight gain.

If you want to get only benefits from the products, consume no more than 10-15 ml daily – the excess turns into unwanted fats. You can add ghee oil to porridge or fry something on it, as it has a high smoke point.

Turkey meat

Average price: ~330 rubles for 700 g of turkey breast fillet.

Turkey meat is characterized by a high content of proteins, vitamins, minerals and other biologically active substances and is almost devoid of fat. With regular consumption normalizes the work of the brain and thyroid gland, less common B12-deficiency anemia, increases the efficiency of muscle work, reduces body weight.

It is recommended to avoid frying turkey in order to reduce the likelihood of cancer or cardiovascular pathologies. It is advised to eat protein at a rate of 30-40 g per 1 kg of weight.

Sauerkraut

Average price: ~ 100 rubles for 500 g

An example of a fermented product that has many beneficial properties for humans: from improving the digestive tract to reducing mortality from cardiovascular and oncologic diseases. The number of probiotics in sauerkraut is comparable in content to foods such as kefir or yogurt.

Sauerkraut is rich in many dietary fibers, vitamins and minerals, which are necessary for the smooth functioning of the human body.

Important: despite the benefits that sauerkraut brings to health, it can also cause harm: increased blood pressure and acidity of gastric juice, increased renal failure, flatulence. Sauerkraut is recommended to be consumed on a regular basis (about 3 times a week, no more than 200 g per day). It can be eaten both as an independent dish and added to soups and salads.

My favorite berries are raspberries, blueberries, blueberries, cranberries, cranberries, lingonberries. A day 200-250 g, you can after shock freezing. A great alternative to sweet fruits and unhealthy snacks.
