How to do the most difficult types of push-ups

These push-ups not many people can do. Can you do them again?

Push-ups from the floor – one of the simplest and most accessible exercises. For those who find classic push-ups too easy, there are hundreds of variations of this exercise with varying degrees of difficulty. We have collected five types that are not for everyone.

Without proper preparation and warm-up, these push-ups can be dangerous. Be careful and calculate your strength!

1. one-arm push-ups

When push-ups get boring, you can simply put one arm behind your back. The exercise will play with new colors. If this is easy for you too, do push-ups on your fingers. Bruce Lee, for example, did push-ups on two fingers of one hand.

2. finger push-ups

Finger push-ups are much more difficult than regular push-ups. You need very strong hands to perform them. Start with 5 fingers and gradually remove one at a time. The most difficult variant is on the index fingers.

3. handstand push-ups

Do you know how to do a handstand? How many times can you do a handstand push-up? You can start practicing by resting your feet on the wall, and you can complicate it to no end: with jumps, on your fingers, on one hand, in the horizon. The number of variations depends only on your imagination. And strength!

4. push-ups with additional weight

Even ordinary push-ups with an additional 5 kg become many times heavier. You can add weight with a backpack, vest or other weights to any type of push-up. The difficulty is that you can add weight indefinitely.

5. Explosive push-ups with a fold

Plyometric or explosive push-ups are a pretty popular way to do weighted push-ups. Doing push-ups with a pop has probably been tried by everyone. But push-ups with a book fold are unlikely to work for an untrained athlete.
