Already in January next year, she said that she lost 15 kilograms – just for two months! By that time, the girl managed to return to sports and dancing.

After another three months Regina was able to surprise fans. She starred in a swimsuit commercial, and everyone was delighted with how quickly you can return to your former shape. The girl herself assures that the main way to keep a slim figure after childbirth is not to lose it.

After giving birth, Regina ate five times a day in small portions, trying to eat everything delicious in the first half of the day and never skipping breakfast. And in the first month after the birth of her son, the girl adhered to a balanced diet plan. It included dietary meat, limited consumption of dairy products, cheese and bread.
