Any friend or relative who knows how to skate can be a good helper, so you should ask him to keep you company. Believe me, after half an hour of practice you will start to feel more confident on the ice, and after a month of regular skating you will be able to glide at a moderate pace without difficulty.

Nevertheless, everywhere has its disadvantages. Injury hazard is the main disadvantage of skating. Inexperience, carelessness and lack of protective equipment can lead to a variety of injuries: bruises, sprains and even fractures. However, this is no reason to avoid winter activities. Precautions, care and the help of a more experienced person will help reduce the risk of unpleasant consequences.
