He conducted an experiment during which he ate only ice cream and consumed alcohol. The result of the diet is obvious: the man lost 14.5 kilograms in 100 days. The main message of the American was that if you want to lose weight at any diet. The main thing is to spend more calories than you consume. Later, the man tried another diet: for a month he ate only fast food. With this diet, the American managed to lose a kilogram a week, but it was not enough.

Why did he need to include alcohol in his diet?

Probably just to challenge public opinion. There is a myth according to which a person cannot lose weight by drinking alcohol. That is why Howard-Crow decided to diversify the diet with alcoholic beverages. Thus, the American fitness blogger destroyed the stereotype and proved the opposite by personal experience.

The most terrible experiment with nutrition

Anthony admitted that his experiment turned out to be the most terrible dieting adventure. Although the blogger got rid of extra pounds, his emotional state became unstable.
