5 ways to pump up your masculinity and become truly strong

“Real men are not born, they become men,” is an attitude that boys receive as children. The problem is that it is theoretical and is not accompanied by detailed instructions.

What trials and difficulties must one go through to proudly wear the title of “hero”? Will the number of defeated opponents in computer games count? Or do only real lives saved and grandmothers transferred across the road count? Or maybe compassion does not suit a real man at all?

Psychologists note that for the formation of character is not always necessary to be a hero and become a character in books or movies. It is not necessary to have ideal physical parameters and pump muscles. Start with the main thing – internal transformation.

Pump your willpower, change your character, learn to look for compromises, gain confidence and defend your point of view.

The process of transformation will not be quick and easy. But, as soon as you come to realize what is the main thing for you in the process of becoming a manhood – life will begin to change. Originally, masculinity was equated mainly with physical strength. In the modern world everything has changed. Now a real man has other priorities.

Now it is possible to demonstrate strengths through the ability to make the right decisions, to cope with life problems, to set and achieve goals, to protect and defend relatives. And only in a situation of extreme necessity to use physical force.

1. Set goals

Outline the path of your movement. Draw ways to achieve the plan. Do not dream about the global at once. Set yourself small goals and be sure to achieve them. This will build self-confidence, which is the main sign of masculinity.

2. Do not be equal to other people’s opinions

Stop worrying about what others think. While implementing your plans, you should not care how your actions are judged. Personal experience is more important than how you look from the outside. Through experience comes success. When you feel truly successful, you will become more masculine in appearance.

3- Let go of expectations

Expectations are standards of excellence. It’s about what we should do, what others expect of us. It’s important to come from our own goals that we can control. Let’s replace expectations with a desire for a specific result from the process. In this way we will manifest according to our true nature.

4. Do not be distracted by external problems

Don’t be oblivious to the world’s global disasters, but don’t get too deep into them. Stop emoting on factors outside your area of control. Every day something happens, but most of it is beyond our control. There is no point in diverting the focus of your attention to it.

5. Plug in sports

Physical activity helps foster perseverance, determination and a desire to win. Choose the sport you enjoy the most.
