We don’t pay much attention to them in our workouts, and very much in vain.

When we come to the gym, we always think about how to improve our figure. Of course, this very goal is the main one for many people. But there are things that we often do not think about, but they require special attention.

One such aspect is strengthening the hamstrings. They are the ones responsible for leg movement, allowing us to squat, walk and run. Weak hamstrings provoke knee pain and prevent you from performing exercises properly. If your leg muscles are strong and your hamstrings are weak, there will be an imbalance that will cause your technique to suffer and you will feel discomfort.

Recall that proper technique in training is a very important aspect, without which all the work done in the gym will come to naught. The worst outcome will be injury, which can put you out of action for a very long time.
