In 2017, it became known that basketball player LeBron James bought a dwelling in the suburbs of Los Angeles, in the prestigious Brentwood neighborhood. The basketball player’s mansion is located near Santa Monica Beach. And this is not the first house that LeBron bought in Brentwood. In 2015, the athlete has already purchased a property for $ 20 million in the same neighborhood. In addition, James still owns an estate in Akron: it occupies almost half of the state of Ohio.

The new house seems to have everything you need and more. For example, 9 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms – there will definitely be no queues. Interestingly, the luxurious master bedroom, designed for the master, has two full bathrooms.

The entertainment area doesn’t end there. The athlete’s family can watch movies in their own cozy cinema and spend time playing billiards.

The mansion also houses a sports complex so LeBron can keep in shape. In the personal gym James works out on exercise machines, with dumbbells of different weights, medballs and other equipment. Training takes place with a picturesque view of the terrace and yard with a swimming pool and, of course, a basketball hoop. By the way, for those cases when LeBron is tired after another game or home fitness, an elevator was built in the house.

The house is almost entirely made in light colors, but the business space – in dark shades. The lack of light is easily compensated for by a panoramic window almost the entire wall.
