Ekaterina: I am against thermal belts and wraps. This is not a solution to the problem. They are used only by professional athletes, when they need to urgently lose a few pounds before the competition. At the same time they do not drink water so that the weight does not return. This is an unhealthy approach, in addition, a very heavy load on the heart and blood vessels.

There should not be any local warming in the gym, because it is an artificial getting rid of fluid. With a thermal belt it will go away faster, yes. But then it will come back as soon as you drink water. Because the body does not produce heat itself, but we additionally warm it from the outside. I don’t think there’s any health benefits to that. If you exercise, sweat, the fluid will come out naturally.
To get rid of swelling, you need to normalize your diet and drink enough water. From cellulite help massages, sports and again nutrition. If swelling and cellulite entered a severe stage, it is better to seek help from a doctor. Wraps with special creams can model, if you do them in combination with massages.
