How to make healthy pancakes at home. Step-by-step recipe with photos

Pancakes are a traditional morning meal. Is it possible to make it also healthy if you are watching your figure? Absolutely yes. It is enough to replace some of the ingredients with low-calorie analogs. It’s fall, which means that seasonal vegetables such as pumpkin and zucchini are always on the shelves. Why not use them on your menu?

To choose the right ingredients for PP fritters, use the least calorie-dense foods. For example, kefir with a fat content of no more than 1.5%. The main thing – the product should be natural without flavoring additives, dyes and sugar.

Next – eggs. Since the protein is fatty and caloric, you should not add it to the fritters. It is better to take the yolk. As an option, you can cook fritters completely without eggs, in the taste of a strong difference will not be. It is desirable not to add sugar to the fritters, or add, but in a small amount. By the way, you can replace sugar with fresh fruit, for example, bananas – they will give enough sweetness.

For lushness, add a little soda or leavening agent to the dish.

Fry fritters should be fried in a frying pan with a minimum amount of oil, and ideally – bake them in the oven, so they will be less caloric.

Try making zucchini fritters – they contain a minimum of calories, while a lot of vitamins and nutrients.

You will need:

  • zucchini or zucchini – 2 pcs;
  • corn or buckwheat flour – 250 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • fat-free cottage cheese – 250 g;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • sugar – 2 tsp;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil.

Using a blender, mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt and sugar. Wash zucchini or zucchini, remove the skin. Grate on a grater (preferably on a fine grater). Do not drain the juice, put the mass in the cottage cheese with eggs and salt and mix everything to a homogeneous mass. Add flour and baking powder to the same place, the resulting mass again mix thoroughly.

Heat a non-stick frying pan, grease with vegetable oil and spoon out the dough, forming fritters. Fry them on both sides until golden on low heat.

As a sauce, you can use low-calorie sour cream with herbs (for example, parsley or dill). Done!
