  • raspberries – 1000 g;
  • sugar – 1500 g.

Method of preparation:

  1. Carefully pick the raspberries and transfer them to a large container. Wash raspberries do not need. Sterilize clean glass jars.
  2. Add all the sugar to the raspberries and mix gently. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes to allow the berries to juice.
  3. Grind the resulting mixture to a homogeneous consistency with a blender and place in jars.
  4. Cover the mixture with one centimeter of sugar, close the lid and put in the refrigerator.

Such raspberry jam can be served in a saucer, added to tea or ice cream.

Raspberry jam on a frying pan

The highlight of the recipe is frying the jam in a pan to remove moisture faster and make the mixture thicker.

Ingredients:

  • raspberries – 1200 g;
  • sugar – 1200 g.

Method of preparation:

  1. Rinse the raspberries in advance, let the water drain, dry the berries on a towel. Sterilize jars.
  2. Pour the raspberries and sugar into a deep bowl. Grind the ingredients to a state of porridge with a blender.
  3. Place the resulting mass in a thick-bottomed frying pan. Roast the raspberries for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Ready jam pour into jars and close with lids.

Before serving, decorate the jam with a sprig of fresh mint. Spread it on bread or a roll. Serve with hot tea or coffee.

Raspberry jam with mint

Such jam will appeal to lovers of flavorful preparations. In addition, mint perfectly emphasizes the sweetness and richness of raspberries.

Ingredients:

  • raspberries – 2000 g;
  • sugar – 1000 g;
  • mint – one bundle (10 g).

Method of preparation:

  1. Pick over, wash and dry the raspberries.
  2. Place the raspberries in a small saucepan or saucepan, pour sugar on top, but do not stir. Leave for a while to allow the sugar to dissolve and the raspberries to give juice.
  3. Put the pot with the raspberries on a low heat, add the mint sprigs and simmer for 20 minutes. Take out the mint, you won’t need it anymore.

Ingredients:

  • raspberries – 800 g;
  • sugar – 1000 g;
  • lemon – 50 g.

Method of preparation:

  1. Pick, wash and dry the raspberries. Wash the lemon and squeeze the juice out of it.
  2. Transfer the berries in a container and pour the lemon juice. Add the sugar, mix and beat with a blender at minimum speed until smooth.
  3. Transfer the ready mixture into sterilized jars and roll up.

Store the jam in a cool place. Use as a filling for buns, pies, cakes and rolls, add to tea or enjoy the jam as a stand-alone dessert!
