Unfading Jen. Exercise, meditation and proper nutrition
Secrets of beauty and health from the famous actress Jennifer Aniston, who for the last 20 years looks 25.
Just recently, the star told her fans that to keep in shape, she starts her morning with an intense workout and ends the day with interval cardio in the gym. According to Jennifer’s yoga instructor Mandy Ingber, Aniston’s radiant beauty and the stunning shape she is in is not just the result of physical activity, but a symbiosis of the fact that she is constantly working on herself and her mind.
“Jennifer Aniston certainly has an amazing body, but I think most people pay attention to her primarily because she feels very comfortable in her own body. Jen looks very whole and organic” – the words of Mandy Ingber, a yoga coach. She also notes that absolutely anyone can achieve this kind of harmony of their body and mind, look good and have a positive attitude towards life.
Introducing three wellness routines that Jennifer Aniston incorporates into her daily practices.
1. Get your body moving every day
Mandy Ingber recommends devoting exactly one hour each day to warming up or exercising. “A workout doesn’t have to consist of just intense exercises at your limits,” she says. “It can be something like walking, a yoga class, or something more active like bicycling.”
2. Meditate for five minutes daily and you’ll be fine
“Even if you only have five minutes a day to sit down … and focus on your breathing, do it,” Ingber says. In her recommendations, the famous actress’ coach advises beginners to simply find a quiet place and focus on their breathing. “If your brain can’t abstract in any way, don’t give up – rather, recognize the difficulty, accept it and go back to focusing on your breath.” Ingber says just five minutes of this practice a day can help you achieve a feeling of freshness regardless of exertion.
3. Proper nutrition is the foundation of everything
In interviews, Jennifer Aniston often talks about how our diet shouldn’t be limited: “Food should be varied and nourish your body with the macronutrients it needs to maintain an active lifestyle.” Moderation in calories and variety on the plate is the foundation of a healthy diet. You can eat absolutely anything, but in small portions.
