  • 20 g of green onions;
  • dill and parsley greens;
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream;
  • 1 boiled egg;
  • salt to taste.

The leaves of sturgeon should be thoroughly washed, chopped, mixed with a finely chopped egg, green onions, dill and parsley greens. The dish should be salted and seasoned with sour cream.

Chickpea soup

Light, but very hearty soup, which is quickly prepared.

Ingredients:

  • 30 g of leaves of sturgeons;
  • 2 potatoes;
  • 1 liter of broth;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • 15 g green onions;
  • 1 carrot;
  • parsley and dill greens to taste;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Bring the broth to a boil and put in it peeled and cut into small cubes potatoes. Cook until the vegetable is ready. At this time, fry the finely chopped onion in a frying pan, and then add to it grated carrots. Fry on medium heat for seven minutes, then add the vegetables to the pot with potatoes.

Chop the leaves and green onions and add them to the pot. Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper and simmer for three minutes. Pour the finished soup into plates, add half a hard-boiled egg and greens.

Stewed sturgeon with potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of leaves and shoots of stilts;
  • 100 g of potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream;
  • two teaspoons of tomato sauce;
  • salt to taste.

Finely chop the young leaves and shoots of snowdrop, salt and stew until half-cooked. Mix it with stewed potatoes and onions, add sour cream, and then stew for another 10-15 minutes and dress with tomato sauce.
