Ingredients
- tomatoes: 500 g;
- onions: 100 g;
- tomato juice: 300 ml;
- celery stalk: 100 g;
- salt to taste;
- garlic: 2 cloves.
Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Wash the celery stalk and peel off the top layer with a vegetable peeler, then chop finely.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut in half, remove the stalk. Then put in a saucepan, add onion, celery and pour tomato juice.
