My life often involves physical activity, so I constantly have to add various supplements and vitamins to my diet. After researching the issue, I learned about turmeric and its beneficial properties, read studies and decided to try adding the spice to my diet just for better recovery.

Many nutritionists say that nutrients and vitamins are better absorbed from natural products. From a study by scientists at Chiang Mai University, I learned that turmeric reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, helps with arthritis and even in the fight against depression and aging.

According to the authors of the work, the product has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actions. Therefore, it is often used in colds to reduce symptoms.

Turmeric contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory properties and promotes faster muscle recovery.

I started drinking turmeric twice daily and after two weeks I felt the positive effects of using it.
