In the evening, let yourself relax a little:

  • snack: salmon pie;
  • dinner: grilled chicken or pizza.

This way you can hold on for a couple or three days. And then organize yourself a workout between your evening snack and dinner. You will feel how hard it is to exercise after such a meal, and it will be easier to return to your usual diet. After 2-3 evening workouts, it will be much easier for you to transition to a proper diet and evening meals.
