“Christmas is a cozy and homely holiday. If you want to surprise your guests and make an unusual dish for the table – I recommend to cook turkey fillet in Asian sauce with vegetables dressed with sweet and sour sauce”.

Turkey fillet in Asian sauce with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • turkey breast – 400 g;
  • soy sauce – 4 tbsp;
  • olive oil – 30 ml;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • thyme – a pinch;
  • cilantro – 1/2 sprig;
  • spice mix – to taste;
  • zucchini – 1 pcs;
  • cauliflower – 300 g;
  • asparagus – 150 g.

Preparation:

  1. Marinate the turkey breast in soy sauce with thyme, garlic and a mixture of spices like paprika or kebab dressing.
  2. Next, send the breast to bake at 180-200 degrees for 1.5-2 hours.
  3. Chop the vegetables for garnish, marinate them in a sweet and sour sauce with thyme and olive oil.
  4. Send the vegetables to bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. When serving the dish, add a dollop of butter and cilantro.
