There’s nothing better for weight loss than eating right and exercising regularly. And this suit is more of a great marketing move.
During profuse sweating not only water and toxins are released, but also salts and trace elements, which are necessary for vital activity and recovery of the body.
Also, exercising in a suit can lead to heat stroke, skin irritations and exacerbations of chronic diseases. Therefore, if you decide to exercise, you should do it carefully, and approach the process – consciously.
In what cases is training in a sauna suit strictly prohibited?
Contraindications to such activities are considered:
- heart and vascular diseases;
- kidney disease;
- diseases in which it is necessary to strictly control the water balance of the body;
- diabetes;
- skin diseases;
- varicose veins;
- pregnancy.
Still, it turns out that there are no miracles and you can’t lose dozens of kilograms by means of a sauna suit. However, the thornier the path to the goal, the more expensive its achievement, right? And it is not a good idea to ease this path with dubious devices.
